Blue Snail (goes by Blue)
Don’t let his name fool you, Blue is not sad at all. He is kind, thoughtful, and feels so lucky to have great friends like he does.
Some of Blue’s favorite things are eating pizza, gliding around his hometown Hoboken, NJ, visiting other towns with his friends, and reading. He often leads the group on adventures near and far, keeps the crew together.
Mike Turtle
Mike is one of those turtles that is always happy, ready to enjoy the sunshine, even the rain. He is very bright, and wise. Mike enjoys thinking about and counting money (he is a little weird). He is known to pull a prank or two on Jack and Peter especially. He loves to swim, code, and play with his friends.
Agi Ladybug
Agi is as sweet as she is kind. Whip smart. Knows all kinds of facts. She is always busy reading a book. Agi enjoys playing cards with her friends and her favorite sport is basketball. Agi can’t resists chocolate chip cookies. She also is quite an artist. Give her a paintbrush or markers, and off she goes. Agi can crochet beautiful rainbow colored blankets. When she has time she likes baking for Blue and friends.
Peter Rooster
Peter Rooster is a big jokester. He is always talking a mile a minute, is easily excited, and has been known to make an occasional inappropriate…well, toot!
He enjoys playing chess, is a talented saxophone player, is a whiz at math, and is always up for a game of soccer or basketball. Really anything that is played with a ball. Just don’t get on his bad side, he angers quickly (when that happens, offer a snack and quickly everything is right on track)!
Jack Porcupine
Jack loves a good snack to fill his tummy. From ice cream to cookies, to healthier choices like apples and strawberries, he loves to eat. Spaghetti is his favorite dinner but he also likes sushi believe it or not. Jack enjoys spooky stories, challenging math questions, is an excellent speller, and reads as much as he can. He likes to time himself when doing word search against other people. He has fun playing chess with Peter, though sometimes he has a hard time losing and has been known to pout.
If the weather is nice, he plays his favorite sport: soccer. Lately he is learning how to swim and is quite talented for a porcupine!
Sheep Mari
Sheep Mari is the life of the party. She is always there when anyone needs her. She is patient and full of great advice. She often helps her friends solve some of the trickiest puzzles.
Mari likes to go on trips, traveling from continent to continent, town to town. She has to practice reading, that is harder for her sometimes but telling stories to her friends is her specialty.
Now that we come to think of it, Mari talks a lot! She makes a lot of jokes, and prides herself on coming up with quizzes for friends to test their knowledge on.
Tom Lightning Bug
Tom is bright like his little butt! It’s his little tummy really but he likes to be silly…just like all of Blue’s friends. He tends to be more quiet and thoughtful. Tom is an excellent listener. He never says no to trying something new. He enjoys learning languages, understanding rules, and eating a lot of food (especially olives and pickles!). Tom appreciates the outdoors and can often be found enjoying nature; the woods, the ocean, mountains….wherever his journey takes him. He can sometimes be found collecting blueberries, or tapping a maple tree.
